About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead – .NET who can take ownership of critical product development, contribute hands-on to coding and architecture, and lead and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#/.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server and enterprise application development, along with proven experience in technical leadership, code reviews, production support and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software developers and drive technical delivery. Design, develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core. Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services. Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures and queries. Participate in architecture and technical design discussions. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, scalability and maintainability. Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution. Collaborate with Product, Business Analysts, QA and DevOps teams. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Own deliverables throughout the complete SDLC – design, development, testing, deployment and production support. Identify opportunities for performance improvement,



automation and engineering best practices. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality and secure code. Must-Have Skills 7–10 years of software development experience Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC / Web API Excellent knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures and query optimization Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and Design Patterns Experience building and integrating REST APIs Experience with Git, CI/CD and Agile/Scrum Strong debugging and production support experience 2 years of technical/team leadership experience Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills Good to Have Experience with React.js / Angular Microservices architecture Azure / AWS Docker / Kubernetes Redis / RabbitMQ / Kafka Enterprise SaaS / Product development experience HRMS/HCM/ERP domain experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Hands-on Technical Leader Problem Solver Team Player Someone who can still contribute to the codebase while also taking ownership of architecture, technical decisions, team mentoring and delivery.
