This is a senior individual contributor and team lead role — you will own end-to-end delivery, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on with code. The stack is Azure-first, event-driven, and cloud-native. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud-native applications Architect and build microservices and event-driven systems using Kafka and Azure-native services Develop scalable backend APIs using .NET Core and C# with clean architecture principles Build and maintain React-based frontends integrated with robust backend systems Own infrastructure-as-code delivery using Terraform on Azure Containerise and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes Define and enforce CI/CD pipeline standards across the team Write and enforce integration testing standards for production-grade quality Mentor 3–6 engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical guidance Collaborate with product, architecture,
