and deployment activities • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues Required Skills • 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development • Strong hands-on experience with: o Service Portal (widgets, client scripts, server scripts) o UI Builder / Now Experience Framework o Customer Service Management (CSM) • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and scripting Preferred Skills • Experience with ServiceNow Next Experience Framework • Knowledge of Performance Analytics / Reporting • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CSM preferred) Good to Have • Experience working in enterprise-scale implementations • Exposure to UI/UX best practices • Ability to mentor junior developers
