MECM/SCCM Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, Windows 365 Lead large-scale transformation programs (legacy → modern workplace) Own endpoint lifecycle management , device provisioning, and OS upgrades (Windows 10/11) Implement endpoint security & Zero Trust controls (Defender, Conditional Access) Drive automation and AI adoption (PowerShell, Copilot, DevOps) Act as technical SME & escalation point for P1/P2 incidents Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, Infra, Service Desk) Lead change & release management including CAB governance Evaluate and introduce current EUC technologies and solutions 15 years of Continuous Education.
