Job Title: MIS Analyst (Call Center Operations) Job Type: Full-time, In office Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience Level: 2–4 Years Job Summary We are seeking an operational MIS Analyst to take full ownership of our call center data pipeline in Jaipur . In this role, you will be the bridge between raw data collection and daily business execution. Your responsibilities will range from extracting data across multiple sources and managing agent lead assignments , to calculating incentives and schedule adherence while ensuring seamless daily report sharing across all internal communications channels. Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities Data Extraction & Consolidation: Daily collect, export, and merge raw data from multiple sources (CRM, dialer logs, cloud databases, and manual spreadsheets). Lead Management: Clean, filter, and dynamically assign and manage lead distribution to agents based on campaign rules, skill sets, and dialer quotas. Daily MIS Reporting: Sort and verify daily performance data, then generate and share critical operational reports across group emails and internal chat spaces (Teams/Slack/WhatsApp groups).



Incentive Calculation: Calculate accurate monthly and weekly agent incentives by mapping individual sales/support KPIs against target slabs. Adherence Tracking: Measure and report on agent schedule adherence , login hours, break times, and shrinkage to help operational leads maximize queue efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Advanced MS Excel: Mastery of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and basic automation for sorting and exporting data. Lead Management Expertise: Prior experience handling lead lists, deduplication workflows, and dialer upload formats. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written English for drafting professional updates inside group emails and internal communication spaces . Strong Mathematical Skills: Exceptional accuracy when calculating performance percentages, attendance adherence, and financial incentive payouts. Call Center Familiarity: Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment in Jaipur is highly preferred.
