Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot . Build and maintain scalable, distributed, and event-driven applications using Kafka and messaging infrastructure . Work with AWS services , particularly AWS Glue and AWS Lambda . Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications using Kubernetes . Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform . Use GitHub Copilot for specification-driven development. Work with databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB . Monitor and troubleshoot applications in production environments. Investigate and resolve production incidents within an enterprise workplace. Analyze Splunk logs to identify application issues and determine root causes. Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring production issues. Participate in regression testing and automated testing activities.
Develop and maintain unit and behavior-driven tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber . Follow TDD practices wherever applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, Product, and other engineering teams. Work within Agile methodologies and contribute to CI/CD practices. Ensure application resiliency, security, scalability, and performance .
