Job Description and Responsibilities for Walk Me Developer Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement. Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services to customers. Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support. Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences.



Train Client team members on WalkMe platform Work with subject matter experts and product owners to design solutions for WalkMe Experience and Qualification 3Years experience working with WalkMe and 5 years of experience working with any Digital Adoption platform in a development or implementation role Walkme developer certified Walkme DAP100 professional Hands on experience developing Walkme walks on multiple platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, , etc. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deployments Support training efforts by aligning WalkMe content with instructional design best practices Solid interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentality The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
