Proficiency in endpoint protection: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, security baselines, BitLocker, disk encryption. Solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, network segmentation, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2). Experience integrating collaboration tools across M365 and enabling secure external collaboration. Ability to develop scripts/automation (PowerShell) and leverage Graph API for device/app management.
