The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge of infrastructure environments, monitoring tools, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM suite components, including: CSDM CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Required Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator . Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards. Familiarity with SDLC processes. Technical Skills ServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management). Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration. Intermediate understanding of infrastructure environments. Scripting and RegEx expertise: JavaScript Unix Shell scripting Windows scripting PowerShell Integration experience using REST API, SOAP, JDBC, SFTP.
