Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience:



3-5 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development using the MERN stack. ● Front-end: Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, or similar state management libraries. ● Back-end: Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs. ● Database: Proficiency in MongoDB, including designing schemas and optimizing queries. ● Familiarity with version control tools like Git. ● Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6). ● Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth). ● Hands-on experience with deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar). ● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
