Configure and customize RSA Archer applications (Solutions, Questionnaires, Workflows). Develop advanced workflows, calculated fields, data feeds, and reports. Customize modules such as: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) IT Risk Management (ITRM) Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Regulatory & Compliance Management. Implement custom objects, access controls, and data integrations. Develop and manage data feeds (import/export) using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and file-based integrations. Integrate RSA Archer with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, databases). Automate recurring processes using Archer job engine and event-based workflows. Provide ongoing support for Archer platform issues. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Handle platform upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and metrics . Build advanced reporting using Archer’s reporting engine. Provide insights into risk posture and compliance status. Robust experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform .Hands-on with: Application Builder Workflow Designer Data Feeds Reporting & Dashboarding Knowledge of: SQL / Database concepts APIs (REST/SOAP) XML/JSON Familiarity with: Archer Control Panels & Solutions Access control & permission models Experience in implementing multiple Archer use cases Prior experience in BFSI or consulting environment is a plus
