Experience using Tools like Jenkins,bitbucket,JIRA,Remedy. 5. Implementation and Support experience on Oracle SOA. Good-to-Have 1 . Experience in APIGEE Edge SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Own the tasks allocated and drive to the closure of the task within agreed timeline 2 Suggest and implement service improvement. 3 Ensure the Incidents/Requests/PBIs assigned are resolved within SLA 4 Work in collaboration with the Dev/test workplace team for the delivery of projects.
