Position Summary Lead the HR technology, analytics, reporting, integrations, and automation landscape across SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and ServiceNow. This role combines hands-on development, HR systems expertise, workforce analytics, dashboard development, AI-enabled innovation, and enterprise integrations to support business growth and data-driven HR decision making. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance HR technology solutions; build ServiceNow HRSD applications and automations; integrate SuccessFactors, UKG, Payroll, LMS and enterprise systems; design workforce analytics and executive dashboards; automate reporting; drive AI and digital transformation initiatives. ServiceNow Development Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, Integration Hub solutions, Employee Center capabilities, HR Case Management, Service Catalog items, and custom HR applications.



HR Analytics & Reporting Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards and workforce analytics using Power BI, SuccessFactors People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, UKG Reporting, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, SQL and advanced reporting tools. Provide insights into headcount, attrition, recruitment, learning, performance, compensation, productivity and employee experience. Data Integration & Management Collect, consolidate, cleanse, validate and reconcile data from multiple HR systems. Design and support REST API, SOAP API and middleware integrations across SuccessFactors, UKG, ServiceNow, Payroll, LMS and enterprise platforms. AI & Automation Leverage SAP Joule, Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow Now Assist and AI-powered analytics capabilities. Drive Generative AI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, intelligent workflow automation and digital employee experience initiatives. Required Skills SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Workforce Management, ServiceNow HRSD, JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, SQL, Power BI, Workforce Analytics, People Analytics, Dashboard Development, Integration Development, Reporting Automation, AI & GenAI.
