Role Description The Senior Implementation Engineer / APM Consultant is a full-time role responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of asset performance management and related software solutions. This hybrid position is based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements, configuring and deploying APM software, integrating with existing systems, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, conducting user training,



and offering post-implementation technical support. The consultant will also build strong customer relationships, contribute to project planning, and identify opportunities to improve solution performance and client outcomes. Qualifications Strong skills in software implementation and project implementation for enterprise or industrial solutions. Experience providing technical support, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and solution optimization. Customer service capabilities, with a focus on transparent communication, expectation management, and client satisfaction. Project management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor implementation activities and project milestones. Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. Hands-on experience with APM platforms, industrial systems, or reliability engineering is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with diverse teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with proficiency in relevant software tools and reporting.
