P osition: AI/Gen AI Developer Exp erience: 4 to 12 years L ocation: Kochi JOB DESCRIPTIO N Required Information Details 1 Role* AI Engineer / AI Developer 2 Required Technical Skill Name* Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, NLP, SQL, Model Development, MLOps, Cloud 3 Location of Requirement * Kochi, India Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Strong hands-on experience in Python development for AI/ML solutions. Experience in building, training, validating, and deploying Machine Learning models using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn , or similar. Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms , including classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, forecasting, and anomaly detection. Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, model evaluation, and performance tuning . Valuable understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and applications. Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with structured and unstructured data. Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Knowledge of REST APIs , microservices-based integration, and enterprise application integration. Understanding of MLOps concepts , including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, retraining, and lifecycle management. Hands on experience with at least one major cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.



Experience working in Agile delivery environments and following software engineering best practices. Good-to-Have Hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) solutions and enterprise AI applications. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer-based architectures. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering , prompt optimization, and prompt evaluation techniques. Experience developing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions and LLM-integrated pipelines. Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI , or similar. Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras . Exposure to GANs, Diffusion Models , and advanced Generative AI techniques. Experience developing APIs using Flask, FastAPI , or similar frameworks. Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs , or similar AI platforms. Experience building AI solutions in domains such as Computer Vision, Industrial Analytics, Document Intelligence, Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation . Exposure to tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Databricks , or similar. Understanding of Responsible AI, Explainable AI, Fairness, AI Governance, Security, and Data Privacy concepts. Responsibility / Expectations 1 Design, develop, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications. 2 Perform data collection, cleansing, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis activities.



3 Build and optimize machine learning solutions for prediction, recommendation, forecasting, classification, and NLP use cases. 4 Develop scalable AI/ML pipelines covering data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. 5 Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, product teams, business stakeholders, and cloud teams to deliver AI solutions. 6 Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. 7 Optimize model performance through experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement. 8 Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management. 9 Ensure model reliability, explainability, security, and compliance with organizational standards. 10 Support testing, troubleshooting, production deployments, and ongoing enhancements of AI solutions. 11 Follow Agile methodology, coding standards, documentation practices, and software engineering best practices.
