Full Stack Engineer Locations: Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore Experience: 6-10 Years Contract: 12 Months Extendable What You'll Do • Build and ship features across the WFM platform and/or the broader contact center platform, working in close, continuous collaboration with the client's internal engineering team. • Participate actively in design discussions and delivery planning, not just implementation - this MVP is explicitly designed to involve engineers in shaping the product, not just coding to spec. • Build and consume integrations with Amazon Connect (call volumes, agent performance metrics, real-time status, scheduling data) to power WFM functionality. • Develop cloud-native services and full stack components using contemporary patterns (containerized services, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code where applicable). • Work within a team held to data privacy and security standards consistent with GDPR, CCPA, and PCI DSS. • Where background allows, contribute to contact center routing logic or voice/telephony components (Kamailio/FreeSWITCH) - flagged as a strong plus,

Required Experience • 6–10 years professional software engineering experience, full stack (backend frontend). • Strong track record shipping production systems in cloud-native environments - AWS preferred; comfort with Kubernetes and Docker. • Demonstrated ability to work directly with a client's internal team and participate in design/architecture conversations, not just execute tickets. • Solid API design and integration experience - connecting to third-party or internal platform APIs (Amazon Connect experience a strong plus). Strongly Preferred (Not Required for Every Seat) • Prior Workforce Management (WFM) software development experience. • Contact center routing development background. • Voice/telephony development experience, specifically Kamailio or FreeSWITCH. • Automation/test engineering experience, especially voice platform testing.
