Practical experience with at least one AI-native coding tool (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf) and quick adaptability to new tools. Working knowledge of context/token optimization techniques. Understanding of AI/LLM integration concepts. Testing experience: Unit, integration, regression, load (JUnit, Jest, Selenium).



Familiarity with code quality tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx, 42Crunch). Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle). Comfortable with Slack, IntelliJ, VS Code, Figma.
