Job Title: Female Chief Warden – Residential Services

n Job Summary:
nThe Chief Warden will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and discipline of student residential facilities. The role involves ensuring a protected, secure, and student-friendly living environment while maintaining university policies and standards.

n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Oversee the functioning of all hostels and residential facilities on campusn
- Ensure safety, security, and discipline among residentsn
- Supervise wardens, caretakers, and hostel support staffn
- Handle student grievances and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannern
- Implement and enforce hostel rules, policies, and code of conductn
- Coordinate with administration, security, and medical teams for emergency situationsn
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance,



and quality of hostel facilitiesn
- Conduct regular inspections of hostels and dining areasn
- Manage room allotments, occupancy records, and related documentationn

n Qualifications:

- n
- Master’s Degree in any discipline (Ph.D. preferred)n
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hostel administration/student affairs/residential servicesn
