- Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement.n
- Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services to customers.n
- Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support.n
- Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences.n
- Train Client team members on WalkMe platformn
- Work with subject matter experts and product owners to design solutions for WalkMen

nExperience and Qualification

- 3+Years experience working with WalkMe and 5+ years of experience working with any Digital Adoption platform in a development or implementation rolen
- Walkme developer certifiedn
- Walkme DAP100 skilledn
- Hands on experience developing Walkme walks on multiple platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, , etc.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deploymentsn
- Support training efforts by aligning WalkMe content with instructional design best practicesn
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and culturesn
- Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentalityn
- The ability to multi-task and handle competing prioritiesn
