Skillset: AI Technology Leader Experience: 20 - 28 Years Job Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / NCR / Delhi / Kolkata Role Summary: We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Technology Leadership AI focused to lead the technology strategy, innovation, and AI/GenAI initiatives for the Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit . This role will strategize, and execute the development of preconfigured solutions , in-house platforms , and customer demonstration environments across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other technologies. The AI officer will also drive strategic partnerships , lead co-innovation initiatives , and ensure the unit remains at the forefront of digital transformation in the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities : Technology Strategy & Innovation: Define and execute the technology vision for the Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit. Lead the adoption and integration of AI/GenAI across enterprise platforms to drive intelligent automation, analytics, and user experience. Oversee the development of preconfigured industry solutions , accelerators , and demo environments for client engagements. Platform Engineering & Architecture: Guide the architecture and engineering of reusable solution frameworks across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms. Ensure scalability, interoperability, and innovation in all in-house technology assets. Establish governance for solution quality, reusability, and compliance. Customer Engagement & Demonstrations: Lead the creation of immersive, real-time demo environments showcasing next-gen enterprise capabilities. Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to support client workshops, PoCs,



and transformation roadmaps. Partner Ecosystem & Co-Innovation: Drive co-innovation initiatives with hyperscalers, ISVs, and platform partners. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools into the enterprise ecosystem. Thought Leadership & Talent Development: Represent the unit in industry forums, analyst briefings, and client innovation councils. Mentor solution architects, platform leads, and AI/GenAI specialists across the organization. Required Experience: 18 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership roles, with deep expertise in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Proven experience in building and scaling AI/GenAI-driven solutions in enterprise environments. Strong background in platform engineering, solution architecture, and innovation management. Experience working with manufacturing clients and understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD or MBA is a plus. Certifications in enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and AI/ML technologies are preferred. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and up-to-date architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven).
