Experience: 6 -10 years Location: Kolkata Must-Have Robust experience in Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot framework Hands-on experience in designing and developing Microservices architectures Expertise in REST API development and integration Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA) Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins) Strong understanding of design patterns, OOPs, and system design principles Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Good-to-Have Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Experience with API Gateway (Spring Cloud Gateway, Kong, Apigee) Knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security) BFSI/Insurance domain experience (preferred for RLG programs) Experience in distributed systems and resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Retry, etc.) Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
