Job Title: Software Developer Department: Customer Operations – PSTECH Reports To: Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager Role Type: Individual Contributor Shift : US Shift Level of Independence Operates as an Individual Contributor with moderate autonomy within an approved solution architecture. Mission The Software Developer will contribute to the technical implementation of customer solutions within an approved architecture. The role focuses on translating technical designs into high-quality, maintainable code and configurations, while supporting delivery of customizations and integrations in line with defined standards, performance expectations, and project constraints. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Implementation Implement business requirements through configuration, customization, and integration of the PLM solution Develop, test, and maintain code in alignment with technical designs and coding standards 2. Delivery Support Collaborate with Senior Software Developers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers Contribute to technical analysis, estimations, and implementation activities 3. Quality & Standards Compliance Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance code quality 4.



Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and testing phases Escalate complex issues when required 5. Collaboration Work closely with QA, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover Note: This list is not exhaustive and may include additional responsibilities as needed. Main Requirements Experience Minimum 3 years of skilled software development experience Experience contributing to customer-facing implementations in enterprise environments Preferred Experience Experience developing distributed and scalable applications Familiarity with Azure Pipelines Experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks Key Skills Strong .NET development skills Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript SQL knowledge with basic database optimization skills Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools Understanding of common architecture patterns (Layered, Client-Server) Knowledge of secure coding practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a delivery team Clear verbal and written communication skills Language Requirements English: B2 / Fluent Local language: As applicable
