Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service through voice and digital channels. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Collections teams. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and digital capabilities. Requirements 2–6 years of experience in International Voice Process / Banking / BFSI . Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills. Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of banking products and customer service processes. Comfortable working in international/rotational shifts.
