- Generate new sales opportunities within the IT and IT services sector by managing inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting through cold calls and email outreach. N
- Understand customer needs and requirements. N
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. N
- Close sales and achievequarterly quotas. N
- Research accounts,



identify key players and generate interest. N
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territory. N
- Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals. N
- Perform effective online demos to prospects. N
- Develop business through cold calls to new and current leads. N
- Qualify all new sellersby analyzing their offerings aligned with market needs. N
- Ensure to manage all existing accounts through steady communication using client service skills. N
- Manage and provide solutions to all issues related to customer satisfaction. N
- Track and update all prospect interactions and deal progress in CRM tools. N
