N n What You'll Do

- Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Phone Calls. N
- Handle order-related concerns including tracking, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and delivery issues. N
- Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipping and delivery-related escalations. N




- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with customers. N
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining the brand's tone of voice. N
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update internal systems. N
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure quick issue resolution. N
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with relevant teams for process improvements. N
- Meet daily response time and resolution targets. N
