Job Description Credit Analysis/ Annual Review : Senior/Lead Analyst

N n Job Summary
N nWe are looking to hiresomeone with experience in credit review/appraisal, credit rating, report writing, capital structure, EBITDA, leverage ratio & financial statement analysis for mid-large corporates, Financial Institutions etc.
N n Key Responsibilities:
NAnalyst/ Senior Analyst/ Lead Anaylst will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end to end lending journey such as follows:

- n
- Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit. N
- Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters) N
- Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
Business Overview, Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios), Covenant performance PD/LGD analysis, Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline. N

- Solid Accountingand financial skills N
- Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirable N
- Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino or Lexis would be preferable. N
- Excellent interpersonaland ability to build strong team culture N
- Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills N
- Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working Strong Accounting and financial skills N
- Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is Preferable
