Job DescriptionRole Summary
nThe Design Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all design disciplines, risk identification, conflicts resolution, bylaw adherence and supporting execution teams by aligning design intent with site requirements. The role ensures compliance with project timelines, quality standards, specifications and cost considerations.
nDesignc Coordination

- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and other consultantsn
- Ensure timely submission and review of drawingsn
- Identify and resolve design clashes and discrepanciesn
- Ensure issuance of GFC drawings as per schedulen

nDrawing Review & Quality Control
n
- n
- Review drawings for constructability and execution feasibilityn
- Suggest value engineering options for cost optimization and aestheticsn
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project standardsn

nStakeholder Coordination

- n
- Act as a link between consultants, site team, PMC, and managementn
- Conduct coordination meetings and track action itemsn
- Prepare and circulate MOMsn





nPlanning & Scheduling Support

- n
- Align design deliverables with project timelinesn
- Support planning team in integrating design milestonesn
- Track delays and escalate issuesn

nExecution Support
n
- n
- Provide design clarifications to the site teamn
- Assist in resolving in office technical issuesn
- Support preparation of as-built drawingsn

nDocumentation & Compliance

- n
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvalsn
- Ensure proper document controln
- Support statutory approvalsn

nTendering Support

- Assist in Tender Specificationsn
- Coordinate for Sample and Make Approvalsn
- Support vendor evaluationn

nSoftware & Tools
nAutoCAD (mandatory), Revit/BIM (preferred), MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (Preferred), Sketchup (Preffered)
nQualification
nB.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Architecture
nExperience
n8-12 years relevant experience in residential
