N nWe are looking for a sales manager/growth manager/revenue manager for the flagship 1-year PGP at Altera Institute. The program attracts some of the brightest minds from around the country, and this individual will lead the team responsible for counselling all applicants.
N nThis is a managerial role and this individual will carry the responsibility of the entire team’s output.

- Tracking end-to-end admissions data to support the team with insights for better output N
- Closing admissions directly for select candidates that need intervention beyond the team’s efforts N
- Managing downstream admission process with application forms, assessments and interviews N

- Leading a team ofadmissions consultants to counsel thousands of aspirants to Altera Institute N
- Setting goals, managingdaily and weekly productivity of the team N
