About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Key account Manager– Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho to own and scale Beco’s e-commerce business. The role will be responsible for P&L;, sales growth, account strategy, Amazon Ads, assortment, inventory and overall business performance.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine commercial thinking, data-driven decision-making and strong execution to build a profitable and growing Amazon business.

Key Responsibilities
- Own Beco’s Amazon P&L;, including Sales, Gross Profit and Contribution Margin.
- Develop and execute Amazon growth strategies across categories, SKUs and key business levers.
- Manage the Amazon account relationship ,



including business planning, negotiations, promotions, visibility and growth initiatives.
- Drive assortment, pricing, promotions and recent product launches to maximise growth and profitability.
- Own sales forecasting, inventory planning and product availability in collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations.
- Lead Amazon Performance Marketing across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Display Ads, PLA/PCA and other Amazon Ads formats.
- Optimise ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, traffic, conversion and organic sales to drive efficient growth.
- Analyse SKU, category and account-level performance to identify opportunities and drive corrective actions.
- Track competition across pricing, promotions, rankings and assortment and translate insights into action.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product and Operations to drive seamless execution.
