N n● Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking.
N● Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts.
N● Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings.
N● Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions.
N● Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution.
N● Present design conceptsand pricing confidently to customers.
N● Maintain high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and drive conversion targets.
N n Required Expertise& Qualifications




N n● Minimum 1–3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
N● 1–8 years of experiencein residential interior design projects.
N● Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.
N● Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).
N● Solid fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
N● Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.
N● Good verbal and writtencommunication skills.
N● Fluency in English is mandatory;
knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
