Job DescriptionJob Summary:
NWe are looking for an experienced and highly organized Furnishing Coordinator to lead, oversee, and coordinate interior furnishing, styling, lighting, and décor projects. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage timelines, teams, budgets, vendors, and client expectations while ensuring the design vision is executed to the highest standards.
NKey Responsibilities:
NProject Management:

- Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. N
- Ensure timely issuance of drawings, lists, and other documentation. N
- Regularly update project sheets. N
- Allocate work, track task completion and ensure accountability. N
- Assist the design team with any tasks as required to ensure smooth project execution. N

nClient Fulfillment& Quality Assurance:

- n
- Ensure all design-related commitments to clients are fulfilled as promised. N
- Address and resolve post-installation issues efficiently. N
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards. N

nVendor & Procurement Management:

- Lead furniture vendor selection, negotiations, and coordination. N
- Create purchase lists, indents, presentations, and required documentation. N
- Coordinate with vendorsand internal departments to ensure smooth execution. N

nDocumentation & Budget Management:

- Ensure accurate records of furnished homes, COFs, and payments are maintained. N
- Create and manage project budgets. N
- Ensure all files are consistently uploaded to and maintained on the server. N
- Maintain the artwork sheet and design related libraries (furniture, tiles, finishes, vendors) etc. N

nResearch & Development:

- Conduct R&D; and source new materials, vendors, and design solutions. N
- Stay updated on trends,innovations, and market offerings. N

nSite Visits:
