HEAD ACCOUNTANT

Location: Chembur, Mumbai - Head Office

Experience Required: 7-10 Years

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Head Accountant to join our Head Office team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and manage complete Tally Accounts of the company

Maintain Vendor Ledgers, Bills, Payments & Reconciliation.

Monitor outstanding and payment follow-ups.

Handle MCA follow-ups, documentation and statutory submissions.

Handle documentation and compliance-related submissions.

Coordinate with CA, CS, Auditors and Consultants.

Bank Reconciliation and day-to-day accounting activities





Monthly accounts closing and preparation of MIS.

Maintain proper accounting records, documentation and filing.

Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance-related activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

B.Com/M.Com, and above preferred.

7-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts.

Robust working knowledge of Tally & MS Excel

Experience in Vendor Accounting & Reconciliation

Knowledge of MCA and ststutory compliances.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to independently handle the company's accounts, team, and related responsibilities
