N n Role Overview
NThe Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of executives and associates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting, taxation, auditing and assurance and compliance services to clients. The role acts as a bridge between Managers/Partners and the execution team, with a solid focus on quality control, client coordination, and team development.
N n Key Responsibilities
N n Client & Assignment Management

- Handle day-to-dayclient requirements related to accounting, compliance, and reporting N
- Act as the first level of review before submissions are escalated to Managers/Partners N
- Coordinate with clientsfor data collection, clarifications, and issue resolution N
- Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and service-level commitments N

n Accounting & MIS Oversight

- Review bookkeeping,



ledger scrutiny, and month-end / year-end closures N
- Supervise preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and reconciliations N
- Ensure accuracy in bank, GST, TDS, and other statutory reconciliations N
- Support finalisation ofaccounts under supervision of senior leadership N

n Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Oversee preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and related workings N
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, LLP Act, and other applicable regulations N
- Assist in handling notices, assessments, and audit queries N
- Track statutory due dates and ensure zero non-compliance N

n Team Leadership & Review

- Allocate work among team members and monitor progress N
- Review work output for accuracy, completeness, and compliance N
- Guide, train, and mentor executives and associates N
- Identify skill gaps andsupport
