NLifetime Health Care Plusis a digital healthcare company providing nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving services. We're building a dedicated Training Centre and looking for a leader to own both staff training and patient experience for our operations.
NWhat you'll do

- Design and run a structured Training Centre covering clinical skills, soft skills, and service etiquette for nurses, physiotherapists, and caregivers. N
- Build the onboarding/induction training journey for recent hires, including simulation-based learning. N
- Own the patient/family experience strategy — journey mapping, service standards, and satisfaction tracking (NPS/CSAT). N




- Turn patient feedback and complaints into targeted training interventions. N
- Develop a train-the-trainer model to scale training delivery. N
- Partner with Quality and HR teams to align training with credentialing and compliance cycles. N

nWhat we're lookingfor

- n
- 6-10 years in clinical training, L&D;, or patient/customer experience — healthcare or home-healthcare background preferred. N
- Experience designing and scaling training programs for a field-based workforce. N
- Prior ownership of patient/customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT). N
- Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills. N
