nAbout the Role




nWe are looking for a Lead Analog/RF IC Design Engineer to join our UWB Design Group within TI's RF Transceiver & Connectivity division in Bangalore, India.
nYou will experience the full product design lifecycle — from block architecture and concept design through schematic, layout, extracted simulation, and silicon test & verification — for cutting-edge UWB transceiver SoCs (MCU-integrated).
nThis is a high-ownership, high-visibility lead-level role with one of three specialization tracks:
nPossible Role Tracks
nTrack 1 — PLL & Clock System Design
n
- n
- Architecture and design of Crystal Oscillators, Integer/Fractional PLLs, and LO Distribution Systemsn
- Ensure low phase noise, fast lock time, and robust performance across PVT cornersn
- Design and simulate PLL loop dynamics, VCO, dividers, and charge pumpsn

nTrack 2 — IF Filter & VGA Design

- n
- Design of Intermediate Frequency (IF) filters and Variable Gain
