nAbout the Role:
nNovumLake Partners is seeking a process-oriented Finance Controller with a qualification in Chartered Accountancy. This is an opportunity for broad role with the coverage including finance and compliances of our Cat-2 AIF, Investment Manager entity and the Investee/ SPVs controlled by the Fund.
nKey result areas:

- Compliances with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and audit requirements.n
- Preparation of financial statements and investor reporting.n
- Monitoring internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs across units.n
- Manage liquidity, working capital, treasury functions and raising debt.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, bankers, and regulatory Responsibilitiesn
