We're a 110+ member team, growing quick, and we're looking for an Academic Counsellor who can connect with potential learners, understand their aspirations and help them choose the right learning program.

N nThis is a target-driven sales role—so if you enjoy talking to people, solving their doubts and turning conversations into conversions, we'd love to meet you.
N n Responsibilities

- Counsel potential learners via calls, virtual demos, and office walk-ins—help them understand the value of our program and guide them toward enrollment. N
- Own your monthly sales targets and execute strategic plans that contribute to our ambitious goal of reaching ₹100 Cr in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). N
- Build strong relationships with learners and actively share feedback with the marketing and product teams to strengthen our offerings and lower customer acquisition costs. N

- 0-3 Years of experience in sales/business development. Freshers with a fire to grow can be accepted. N
