nAbout the Role




nWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Corporate Payroll to lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations across our corporate and manufacturing workforce. The role requires expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, labor law regulations, and payroll governance while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary disbursement.
nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing payroll for both white-collar and blue-collar employees, contract manpower, and shift-based operations within a manufacturing environment.

nPayroll Management

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for corporate.n
- Ensure accurate processing of salaries, incentives, overtime, shift allowances, production incentives, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.n
- Validate attendance inputs including biometric records, leave, shifts, overtime, and holiday data.n
- Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F;), gratuity, leave encashment
