nRole Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application development, enhancements, and maintenance/support projects. The ideal candidate will have solid technical understanding, experience managing cross-functional teams (Applications+Infra+Network), and proven capability in handling both project delivery and support operations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, planning, and documentation skills, along with the ability to work effectively with onsite/offshore teams.

nProject Delivery & Execution

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.n
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, sprint plans, and release schedules.n
- Plan, allocate, and manage resources across development and support teams.n
- Manage end-to-end delivery of development, enhancements,



and support services.n
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.n
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, secure coding practices, and compliance guidelines.n
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.n

nTechnical & Functional Leadership

- Review technical solutions, user stories, design approaches, and estimations.n
- Support integrations with APIs, cloud platforms, backend systems, and mobile frameworks.n
