nAs a member of the Private Equity team, you will be accountable for an effective processing and review of end-to-end PE funds NAV, including capital events and specifically responsible for:

- Journal entry recording of capital calls, distributions, expenses, and valuationsn
- Reconciliations of cash and trades with custodiansn
- Uploading and tracking of fund related documents on document management portalsn
- MonthlyQuarterly reconciliation with Custodians for cash flows and valuations.n
- Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly holdings roll forwardsn
- Preparation of wire paymentsn
- Preparation of financials work papersn

nWhat are we expecting:
n
- n
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team 10-15 PE fund accountants.n
- Ensure all the SLAs for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly activities are met.n
- Responsible for making sure that all activities (booking of daily journal entries, management fee calculation, accrued expenses reimbursement calculations, valuation of investments,



financial/investor report preparation and adhoc reporting) of ongoing service delivery worked smoothly and result in high quality service for the client.n
- Ensure that proper accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls are maintained to safeguard the assets of the Company and to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAP.n
- Implement and design controls to deliver quality work.n
- Motivate and mentor people to make them successful in their individual roles.n
- Review and test the control process on a regular basis to deliver the quality service to clients.n
- Create checklist for the process to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness.n
- Review and update the critical process documents on regular basis.n
- Interact with client service teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of relevant financial information to clients. Coordinate internal audits and follow up with responsible
