nResponsible for managing MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis for DPO operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support business decisions.
nKey Responsibilities :

- Manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards (SLA, AHT, HC, Productivity, etc.)n
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely deliveryn
- Perform data analysis and RCA to identify trends and gapsn
- Drive automation using Excel, Power BI, and other toolsn
- Collaborate with Operations and WFM for reporting requirementsn




- Lead and mentor MIS team; ensure SLA and quality adherencen
