Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Component Designer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The position focuses on component data management, environmental compliance (including RoHS and WEEE directives), and lifecycle analysis of electrical and electromechanical components. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing electronic component databases, analyzing product change notices (PCN), and ensuring products meet sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic component data within the company’s management system.
- Analyze electrical components for obsolescence, RoHS, and WEEE compliance.
- Generate PCN alerts and analyze the impact of changes on component form, fit, and function (FFF).
- Prepare WEEE recycling forms and suggest RoHS equivalent parts for non-compliant components.
- Address engineering change requests and create,



review engineering change orders while adhering to company policies for deliverable accuracy and quality.

Must-Have Skills:
- Profound knowledge in Component Data Management.
- Solid understanding of Electrical and Electronic components and datasheets.
- Proficient in environmental compliance directives like RoHS and WEEE.

Industry Experience:

Experience in the Electronics or Electrical Engineering field, particularly in design and component lifecycle analysis, is essential.
