- Experience: 8–10 years in HR, preferably in garment, leather, or manufacturing industriesn
- Industry Preference: Hands-on experience in a leather manufacturing unit will be strongly preferredn
- Location: Noida – local candidates or candidates willing to relocaten

nKey Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for factory operationsn
- Statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Factories Act and labour lawsn
- Payroll coordination and attendance managementn
- Employee relations and grievance handlingn
- Liaising with government authorities and labour departmentsn




- HR policy formulation and implementationn
- Training and development initiativesn
- Contract labour management and shop-floor workforce managementn

- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliancen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Proven experience managing HR functions in a manufacturing/factory environmentn
