nAbout the Role:

nWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager cum Content Creator with 2–3 years of experience to manage our social media presence and create engaging content across digital platforms.
n
nThe ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and brand communication. You should be comfortable developing content ideas, creating reels/videos, writing captions, and managing social media calendars.
n
nKey Responsibilities:
n
nDevelop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
nManage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
nCreate engaging content including Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and graphics.
nPlan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
nWrite creative captions, hooks, scripts,



and other social media copy.
nStay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, hashtags, and content styles.
nCoordinate and manage photoshoots and video shoots when required.
nMonitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and other key metrics.
nEngage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and relevant interactions.
nCollaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
nResearch competitors and identify new content opportunities.
nAssist with influencer collaborations and social media campaigns when required.
nRequirements
n2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.
nStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
