? Hiring: AI Tech Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on AI Tech Lead to build and scale enterprise-grade AI/LLM applications that help senior business leaders make sense of complex organizational information and focus on key decisions, risks, and actions .

The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience in building, deploying, and scaling reliable AI/LLM products in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of AI applications from prototype to production

• Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready AI platforms

• Lead a small engineering team and provide technical direction

• Build and integrate AI/LLM-based applications into enterprise workflows

• Convert prototypes/PoCs into reliable production-grade solutions

• Establish standards for AI quality, reliability, traceability,



evaluation, and observability

• Work closely with Product, Business, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI products

• Drive rapid product iterations while ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability

• Troubleshoot complex technical and AI/LLM challenges and drive continuous improvements
