We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HAM-SAM Architect with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) .

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and architect ServiceNow HAM and SAM solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
- Work extensively with JavaScript for ServiceNow customization and development.
- Configure HAM/SAM lifecycle processes, asset management, software licensing, and compliance.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
- Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flows .
- Integrate ServiceNow HAM/SAM with other enterprise systems where required.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- Collaborate with functional teams, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience .
- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM and SAM .
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow customization .
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, and data models.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
