We are seeking an experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) / Tableau Developer with 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in OAC, Tableau, semantic modelling, dashboard/report development, SQL performance tuning, and enterprise analytics solutions .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Tableau.
- Design and maintain semantic models , including Physical, Business/Logical, and Presentation layers, subject areas, hierarchies, and calculations.
- Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries to improve reporting and application performance.
- Perform impact analysis for database, semantic model, reporting, and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot complex data, reporting, and performance issues; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, estimate effort, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in design/code reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, and performance optimization.
- Use automation and AI-assisted development tools to improve development quality and productivity.

Required Technical Skills





5+ years of BI/Analytics experience with robust hands-on expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) , including dashboards, reports, data visualization, and semantic modelling. Strong experience with Tableau for dashboard and visualization development.

Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL , including complex queries, procedures, packages, views, and performance tuning. Good understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, REST APIs, Git, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) . Working knowledge of Python and/or Java for scripting, integration, and automation.

Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant BI/Analytics development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with OAC, Tableau, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL .
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
- Good understanding of enterprise data warehousing and data modeling.
- Experience with OCI, Python/Java, REST APIs, Git, and Agile/DevOps practices is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
