Job Description: Performance Testing & Engineering Specialist:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with 4 - 10 years for Performance Testing & Engineering role in Client.



This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the stability and performance of our applications, particularly in the context of recent technological advancements and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Non-Functional Testing Expertise: Possess strong expertise in Non-Functional Testing (NFT) methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
- Requirements Management: Proficient in performance requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and explicit communication of test findings throughout the performance testing lifecycle.
- LoadRunner Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in LoadRunner, including script development, complex scenario design, and efficient test execution.
- Monitoring Tools Expertise: Good knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics or Dynatrace is required. Also, knowledge in tools like Kibana , Splunk , Grafana are value add.
