Job Description
We are hiring a ServiceNow ITAM Developer with expertise in implementing IT Asset Management solutions across hardware, software, and enterprise assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ITAM modules
- Maintain CMDB and asset lifecycle processes
- Develop workflows, catalog items, and automation
- Integrate ITAM with procurement and discovery tools
- Create dashboards and reports
- Support governance and compliance activities
Required Skills
- Experience in ServiceNow ITAM implementation
- Knowledge of HAM/SAM modules
- Solid scripting and integration skills
- ITIL process understanding
