About The Job:
- The End User Computing (EUC) Technician is an entry-level IT skilled responsible for supporting and maintaining end-user devices, applications, and workplace technologies. This role focuses on device management through Microsoft Intune, application deployment and updating, end-user support, and ensuring corporate devices remain secure, compliant, and up to date.
- Working under the guidance of senior EUC specialists and administrators,



the EUC Technician plays a key role in day-to-day operational support while developing expertise in modern endpoint management and cloud-based device administration.

Essential Job Functions:

Device Management & Support
- Support the enrollment and management of Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Assist with device provisioning and deployment through Windows Autopilot.
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues related to device configuration, compliance, and enrollment.
- Perform device lifecycle activities including provisioning, replacement, retirement, and asset recovery.
- Execute remote support activities including device synchronization, restart, wipe, and reset actions.

Application Deployment & Updating
- Deploy approved applications through Microsoft Intune.
- Monitor software deployment status and investigate installation failures.
- Coordinate and execute application update and patching activities across managed endpoints.
